Akcome’s welfare system
1、Social insurance: Akcome pays social insurance premium for all employees, covering the insurance kinds in accordance with the requirement of local insurance administration. The current covered five kinds of insurance include endowment insurance, medical insurance, industrial injury insurance, unemployment insurance and maternity insurance.
2、Public accumulation fund for housing construction: Akcome covers accumulation funds for housing construction for all regular employees.
3、Leaves as benefits: Statutory holidays (holidays according to laws) sick leave, annual leave with pay, additional leave with pay, marriage leave, bereavement leave, prenatal leave, maternity leave, paternity leave, maternity leave, family planning and industrial injury leave.
Service for employees
1、Shuttle bus service. Shuttle bus is provided for the convenience of the employees’ commuting free of charge. At present, three lines are available respectively to Zhangjiagang, Jiangyin and Wuxi.
2、Dormitory free of rent: Akcome provides dormitory to employees for a certain period of transition without rent.
3、Working lunch: Akcome provides free lunch to employees during regular working hours.

Income guarantee plans
1、Child birth cash incentive: Akcome gives out a sum of 1000 yuan as cash gift for each female employee who gives birth.
2、Wedding cash gift: Akcome sends cash gifts to employees who get married while working for Akcome.
Employee caring plans
1、Birthday present. On birthday of employees, Akcome provides such employee present or coupons of a certain amount, which will be given by administrative department monthly.
2、Women's Day welfare: on Women's Day, Akcome provides female employees with certain amount of allowance or gift of equal value.
3、Other welfare given at other festivals: following traditional custom, Akcome provides special allowance or gift of equal value to all employees on Spring Festival, New year’s day, Mid-Autumn Festival and the Dragon Boat Festival, etc.
4、Home leave: home leave is granted for senior executives who live outside the Yangtze River Delta (including the areas in Jiangsu, Zhejiang and Shanghai) and employees from the regions of Hongkong, Macao and Tainwan or foreign countries. Their traveling expenses will be borne by Akcome.
Akcome irregularly holds year-end summing-up meeting, commendation meeting, literary soiree, as well as other entertainment activities like beer festival and collective wedding ceremony, and also arranged for the clubs of badminton, basketball and Ping-Pong.
